Ten Things To Love About Staying Here!

Although the Bravos Bungalows are not yet fully renovated, great progress is being made and they will be available for rent late in 2012. Many people struggle with choosing the perfect location for their Vieques vacation getaway. The question of location always comes up. There is always the decision of Ocean View or Beachfront. Does one want to be able to see the ocean, or does one want to be able to quickly walk to one and be able to take a quick swim? What we believe makes Vieques special is its vast array of uninhabited beaches. In reality, most first time visitors to Vieques will be spend the majority of their time exploring what Conde Naste magazine rates as some of the best Caribbean beaches. Any house you rent will be no more than a fifteen-minute drive to them. So then it comes dow

We know that with the new pool and tropical gardens it will be a successful rental and an ideal pl

The Blame Game

The work at the Bungalows is coming along but the sad fact is the work of the two contractors, Costa Rica and Johnny Montagne is starting to intersect as plans to tie the pool and it’s deck are spilling into the breezeway and the cabana.  The littlest things like the removal of door frames and doors and who is doing what when are causing conflict between them on a daily basis. Regularly, I get calls form one or the other demanding that I talk to the other one about the quality, speed, or order in which they are completing tasks.  I get off of the phone and call the other one and in most cases I get a return volley of a long laundry list of deficiencies that I must address with the other contractor.  In short, nothing is their fault and everything is being passed on to the other party

OOL – There is no “P” in it

The swimming pool is starting to take shape at the Bravos Bungalows in the garden district of Bravos de Boston.  It will have two shallow ends with the deep portion of the pool in the middle.  The Pool Bungalow and the Garden Bungalow will each have their own pool deck and covered patio. The Pool Being Built.
